Support and account deletion

Delete your account

Open More > Account > Delete account in the app. If you cannot access the app, email support with the subject 'ICN Crew account deletion' and the email you used to sign in. After verifying ownership, we will process deletion of the account and linked profile. Never send a password or payment-card details.

Remove saved flights and preferences through account deletion in the app or by uninstalling it. Cancel subscriptions separately in Apple or Google subscription settings. Purchase-verification, refund and legally required records may be retained for the necessary period.
