Information we process

You can view airport information without signing in. The app uses an anonymous account identifier, app installation identifier, app usage events, app version and error information to operate the service. We use approximate country and city information inferred from network requests for usage analytics. We do not collect GPS location. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, provider identifiers and supplied profile information such as email are used for authentication. Purchase receipts, purchase identifiers and subscription status are used to verify and restore access. Apple and Google process card details; we do not store them.

Information on your device

Saved flights, language and appearance preferences, and recent airport snapshots are stored on your device. We do not request access to your location, contacts or photos.

Processing and retention

Nante Studio uses Cloudflare to operate account, purchase-verification and airport-data services. Data may be processed outside South Korea. Account information is retained until deletion; purchase records are retained as needed to manage access, process refunds and meet legal obligations. Long-inactive anonymous accounts may be removed. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices and deletion

Request account deletion in More. Removing the app removes its local data. Records needed for legal or purchase obligations may be retained as necessary. Cancel subscriptions separately in your store settings. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion.
